POST 2008 FAIR UPDATE: Thanks to Upstate Fairgoers, the 2008 UPPER SC STATE FAIR was a rip roaring success. Great weather and dodging Hurricane Hanna on the final weekend put the Fair over the top for 2008. Join us September 3 - 13, 2009 for the 46th annual edition of the Upstate Classic!
