Home Tens of thousands of Upstate Fairgoers are expected to descend on the Upper South Carolina State Fairgrounds during the 45th annual edition of this Upstate tradition from August 28 through September 7. POST FAIR UPDATE: Thanks to Upstate Fairgoers, the 2008 UPPER SC STATE FAIR was a rip roaring success. Great weather and dodging Hurricane Hanna on the final weekend put the Fair over the top for 2008. Join us in August 2009 for the 46th annual edition of the Upstate Classic!
